Toilet seats that have more buttons than you know what to do with, Iron's in egg shaped containers, charging stations inside of safes... things that American's aren't used to.  I spent a good 10 minutes pressing every button on the toilet seat just to see what each button did.  The best part is the heated seat by far.  This has been added to my must have list for my own home.
